The Reiki portion focuses on deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance. Time is also reserved at the end for reflection, integration, and any intuitive insights that may come through.

Together, we'll create space to uncover patterns, process emotions, strengthen your intuition, and explore potential next steps from a grounded and compassionate perspective.

45 minutes - $44

A calming, restorative energy healing session designed to support your nervous system, emotional well-being, and overall sense of balance—no matter where you are.

Distance Reiki works beyond physical proximity, allowing you to receive the same gentle, supportive energy as an in-person session from the comfort of your own space. During our time together, you’ll be invited to relax while I channel Reiki energy to help release tension, clear energetic blocks, and promote a sense of grounding and ease.

60 minutes - $44
